We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our growing event marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects, supporting clients, and bringing creative marketing campaigns to life through live events and brand experiences.
The Junior Account Executive will work closely with Account Managers, clients, vendors, and internal teams to help plan and execute successful marketing events, promotional campaigns, and experiential activations. This position offers hands-on experience in client services, event coordination, marketing strategy, and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
- Assist Account Managers with client communication, project updates, and campaign reporting
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, event partners, and team members
- Coordinate event logistics including schedules, materials, staffing, timelines, and onsite support
- Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and client reports
- Track project deadlines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign performance
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client campaigns
- Provide onsite event support, including setup, coordination, and guest/customer engagement
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve client experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with clients, teams, and the public
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools
- Ability to travel locally and work occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Internship or volunteer experience in marketing, events, sales, hospitality, or customer service
- Experience supporting social media, promotions, or brand campaigns
- Interest in experiential marketing and creating memorable customer experiences
