We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and career-driven Junior Brand Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging marketing professional to work alongside experienced leaders while supporting the growth and success of a dedicated client brand.

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, customer engagement, sales strategy, client relations, campaign execution, and leadership development. You will help develop and implement marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver impactful brand experiences.

Responsibilities of a Junior Brand Manager
  • Represent client brands with professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service and memorable brand experiences.

  • Learn and execute proven marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop a strong understanding of assigned client brands, products, services, promotions, and target audiences.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members.
  • Support marketing campaigns, customer outreach initiatives, and brand promotion efforts.
  • Research new promotional opportunities, market trends, products, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Gain knowledge of client operations, business goals, customer acquisition strategies, and marketing processes.
  • Develop leadership skills through hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development programs.
  • Take on increased leadership responsibilities, including team support, training assistance, and recruiting initiatives based on performance.
