We're looking for a driven, data-curious, creatively minded graduate (or early-career professional) to join our Northern Europe CRM team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with real fire in their belly, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and loves the space where data meets creativity.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, someone ambitious, hungry to progress, and excited by the opportunity to build a long-term career in CRM within a high-performing team.
You don't need years of CRM experience - we'll train you. What we do need is energy, initiative, curiosity, and a genuine enthusiasm for tech and ecommerce.
What You'll Do
As our Junior CRM Executive, you'll help shape and deliver engaging, personalised customer communications across our Northern Europe markets.
You'll support the development of our CRM programme - from prospecting and nurturing to retention and re-engagement - ensuring we deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right time.
You'll also play an important role in helping to shape and evolve our customer loyalty programme, supporting initiatives that drive repeat purchase, deepen engagement and build long-term brand advocacy.
You'll gain hands-on experience across campaign planning, segmentation, testing, reporting and optimisation - learning how to turn insight into action - with clear opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as you grow.
  • Supporting the planning, development, and execution of CRM campaigns across Northern Europe, delivering engaging customer communications through email and other owned channels.
  • Building, scheduling, and deploying campaigns within Bloomreach (our CRM platform), including campaign setup, audience selection, scheduling, and monitoring performance.
  • Assisting with the creation and optimisation of Bloomreach Scenarios (automated workflows) to support customer lifecycle programmes such as welcome journeys, post-purchase communications, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Helping to implement and optimise Weblayers and on-site messaging to create personalised experiences for customers based on their behaviour and lifecycle stage.
  • Creating and managing audience segments within Bloomreach using customer data, behavioural triggers, and event tracking to deliver relevant, highly personalised communications.
  • Supporting the development of our customer loyalty and retention initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase repeat purchase, engagement, and long-term customer value.
  • Working closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are visually engaging, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Assisting with the setup of dynamic content and personalisation within campaigns to tailor messaging to different audiences and customer segments.
  • Conducting thorough testing and QA checks across email campaigns and automated journeys to ensure flawless delivery across devices, inbox providers, and dynamic content variations.
  • Monitoring campaign KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and revenue contribution, and helping to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Supporting A/B testing initiatives within Bloomreach to improve campaign performance and customer engagement over time.
  • Producing regular campaign performance reports, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Maintaining strong data quality and compliance standards, ensuring campaigns follow GDPR and internal best practices for customer data and marketing permissions.

What You'll Bring
This role is ideal for a graduate or someone in the early stages of their career who is:
  • Naturally proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Energised by fast-moving environments
  • Curious about data and excited by technology
  • Creative, but detail-oriented
  • Confident working with numbers and spotting patterns
  • Not afraid to get stuck in and take ownership
  • Always looking for ways to improve things
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress their career
  • A strong communicator, who enjoys collaborating with others
  • An interest in marketing/CRM

Our Team
We're a high-energy, high-expectation team. We're rarely satisfied and constantly push ourselves to be better, testing more, learning faster, and always asking what's next.
We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment. Someone who raises the bar, not just meets it. Someone who wants to be part of a team that challenges each other to be the best.
What You'll Gain
  • Hands-on CRM training in a high-growth ecommerce environment
  • Experience working with data, automation, personalisation and loyalty strategy
  • Clear progression opportunities as you develop
  • Real ownership and impact early in your career
  • A fast-paced, ambitious team that values initiative and new ideas
