We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting operations, with a focus on financial reporting, monthly closings, and general ledger analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes
  • Perform General Ledger (G/L) analysis
  • Handle monthly closings and reconciliations
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
  • Oversee or coordinate payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Experience in freight forwarding is helpful but not required
  • CargoWise software experience is a plus

Additional Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
