If you have built an AI agent this year, know your way around HubSpot workflows, and read blogs like, Growth Unhinged, before your morning coffee, keep reading. If not, this role is probably not for you.

About Kameleoon

Kameleoon is an agentic AI experimentation platform used by marketing and product teams at mid-market and enterprise organizations. The company has more than 250 employees across seven countries and is expanding in North America.

The role

You will build and run an AI-powered pipeline engine with two sources. The first is new contacts, brought in through cold outreach and list building in tools like Apollo and/or Clay. The second is the data we already have in HubSpot, which you will clean, score, and nurture through ABM campaigns until it is ready for sales.

You will not be short on material. Our content team produces webinars, podcasts, articles, and videos. Tell us what you need for your campaigns, including where paid marketing can help, and we will deliver it. Your job is to plan, organize and execute a GTM strategy that works.

What you will do

Outbound and list building

  • Build target lists in Apollo based on our ideal customer profile and prequalify leads before outreach.

  • Set up enrichment flows between Apollo and HubSpot so data stays accurate in both tools.

  • Run cold outreach sequenc.

CRM, data, and scoring

  • Design HubSpot properties, workflows, and automation that support the full lead lifecycle.

  • Build and maintain a lead scoring model that separates leads ready for sales from leads that need nurturing.

  • Clean and enrich our existing database so every campaign starts from reliable data.

  • Help run the SEA, SMA and GEA campaigns with our corporate team.

ABM and nurturing

  • Run nurture and ABM campaigns for priority accounts selected with the sales team.

  • Use personalized video with tools such as HeyReach and our existing content to engage key contacts.

AI-powered GTM

  • Build AI agents and workflows with Claude to automate account research, enrichment, personalization, and reporting.

  • Connect Claude to tools such as Apify, Apollo, and HubSpot to reduce manual work across the funnel.

Reporting

  • Track pipeline contribution, demo requests, and conversion rates from lead to SQL and opportunity.

  • Share regular performance reviews with recommendations on what to scale and what to stop.

Must have
  • Two to three years of experience in growth, demand generation, or revenue operations.

  • Advanced HubSpot experience beyond sending emails: properties, workflows, automation, sequences, and lead scoring.

  • Hands-on experience with Apollo or similar tools for list building, enrichment, and cold outreach, including the integration with HubSpot.

  • Experience building AI agents or automated workflows, ideally with Claude.

  • Comfort working with data in spreadsheets and CRM reports.

Nice to have
  • Experience with HeyReach or other AI tools, especially MCPs.

  • Experience with Apify, Clay, Zapier, or n8n.

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company or a growth agency.

  • Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing.

What we offer
  • Total compensation of 75,000 to 90,000 CAD, combining base salary and a bonus tied to KPIs.

  • Fully remote. Yes, you read that right: no commute, more time for your life.

  • Four weeks of paid vacation, plus one additional day per year of service, up to five weeks. Forget the two-week standard. We want you to recharge.

  • Health care benefits and extended coverage

  • A monthly phone and internet allowance of 100 CAD.

  • A one-time 300 CAD stipend to help set up your home office.

Location and eligibility
  • Based in Canada, preferably in the Eastern Time zone, ideally the Greater Toronto Area or the Ottawa region.

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
