Junior Marketing Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our innovative marketing team, providing marketing, advertising, and consulting services to local and national corporate clients.

This entry-level role offers real-world exposure to marketing strategy, sales promotions, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with Marketing Specialists to develop new revenue streams for clients through creative advertising strategies. Qualified candidates may also contribute to San Antonio-based events and campaigns immediately.

• Assist in implementing marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market research

• Identify strategic business opportunities through collaboration with sales, HR, and cross-functional teams

• Support marketing initiatives to increase revenue and brand awareness

• Provide product/service support to maintain clear communication channels

• Help manage branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional materials

• Collaborate with management on media relations, business communications, and success stories

• No prior experience required – comprehensive paid training provided
