Your efforts will influence how models learn, reason, and function by providing high-quality, real-world data. No previous AI experience is necessary — what matters most is your domain knowledge.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze non-linear editing (NLE) workflows and verify AI-driven directives for advanced trimming, console-based editing, and effective bin management within Lightworks.
  2. Examine post-production procedures, concentrating on specialized features such as the Shark console, multi-cam capabilities, and VFX routing in the Lightworks platform.
  3. Review AI suggestions concerning media formats and codec compliance to guarantee smooth delivery for AVID/ProTools interchange and XML/EDL exports.

  7. Confirm the proper application of node-based effects and LUT adjustments within Lightworks projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven expertise in Lightworks, with a focus on fast, keyboard-centric editing workflows.
  2. Extensive background in video production, editing, and composition within professional or high-volume settings.
  3. In-depth knowledge of link-based versus local media workflows and proxy management in the Lightworks environment.
  4. Strong skills in advanced VFX, color grading, and implementation of node-based effects.
  5. Capability to troubleshoot complex technical problems, including metadata inconsistencies and challenges in collaborative projects.
  6. Familiarity with industry-standard delivery formats, interchange protocols, and workflow optimization strategies.
  7. High attention to detail and dedication to producing excellent post-production outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience as a junior film editor, post-production specialist, or video producer with substantial use of Lightworks.
  2. Practical knowledge of multi-cam editing and advanced console operations, including the Shark console, in Lightworks.
  3. Experience working with AI tools or participating in evaluation processes related to media production is advantageous.

We are seeking motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about contributing to the future of AI-enabled post-production as members of our customer’s team. Your expertise in Lightworks will directly influence the development of the next generation of video editing technology.
