Our Mission and Vision

At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders — the ones shaping the digital economy — with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.
We believe the future of payments is shaped by people who think big, take ownership, and bring curiosity and drive to everything they do. That’s exactly the kind of teammates we want on board.

About the Role

We’re building a team where everyone can grow fast — and now we’re looking for a Junior Recruiter ready to start this journey.
You’ll work side by side with experienced recruiters, learn sourcing tools and hiring processes from scratch.
Some experience is a plus, but we’re open to motivated newcomers who are eager to learn and take ownership.

Why This Role Matters
People are the core of everything we do. Each new hire changes our trajectory. As a recruiter at Solidgate, you’ll directly influence how fast we grow, how strong our culture becomes, and how far we can go in our mission. Your work won’t be hidden in spreadsheets — it will be visible in every product shipped, every new market entered, and every milestone achieved.

What You’ll Own

— Full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and first contact to pre-boarding of candidates.
— Work with ATS (Teamtailor), dashboards, and automation tools to keep processes structured.
— Cooperate with hiring managers, adjust and improve search strategies.
— Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
— Create a positive candidate experience and contribute to the employer brand development.

You’re a Great Fit if You Have

— 0.5–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (or strong motivation to start your career in this field).
— Proactivity and the ability to manage your time effectively.
— Excellent communication skills.
— English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
— Desire to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.

Why Solidgate?

High-impact role: You’re not inheriting a perfect system — you’re building one. As our Recruiter, your work will define how we scale and what kind of company we become.
A platform with reach: We’re not just another orchestration tool. Solidgate is building a full-stack financial platform with deep product capabilities — from payment routing to chargeback management and indirect tax handling. The people you bring in will directly shape these products.
Momentum & ambition: We’re scaling fast. This is hyper-growth in action. You’ll see the results of your work from day one — every hire you close accelerates our journey to #1 in the world.
High-caliber team: Join leaders from top global fintechs and tech companies. We value ownership, excellence, and impact — and you’ll collaborate with fintech professionals with proven track records.
Meaningful work: Recruitment here is not just about filling seats. You’ll help define our talent strategy and go-to-market motion in key European and global markets, influencing the future of the company.

💌 The Extras:
30+ days off, unlimited sick leave, free office meals, health coverage, and Apple gear to keep you productive. Courses, conferences, sports and wellness benefits — all designed for ideas, focus, and fun.
➡️ We are always open to recommendations of talented individuals!

If you want to recommend someone for one of our vacancies, you can do it here. In case of a successful hire, we’ll provide you with a bonus!
