This team provides the world’s first AI-driven autonomous multi-agentic Network Operations Center (NOC) platform, helping global enterprises automate complex cloud environments and eliminate downtime. As a Junior SDR, you will be the engine of our growth, reaching out to high-level IT leaders to introduce a revolutionary technology that solves their most critical operational challenges. This is a high-volume, high-impact role for a hunter who thrives on the phones and wants to be at the forefront of the AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities
    • Execute high-volume outreach consisting of 120+ cold calls per day.
    • Conduct strategic follow-ups via email (25+ daily) and LinkedIn (20+ daily) to prospects engaged via phone.
    • Navigate complex enterprise organizations to connect with senior IT and infrastructure decision-makers.
    • Manage and qualify leads to consistently schedule 20+ high-quality meetings per month for the sales team.
    • Maintain rigorous documentation of all activity within the CRM.
    • Master the value proposition of autonomous AI networking to handle objections and engage in meaningful business conversations.

Requirements
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in cold calling and SDR-specific activities.
    • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience selling IT, SaaS, or technology-related products.
    • Communication: Native or bilingual fluency in English with the ability to hold professional, confident conversations with C-suite and senior personnel.
    • Skills: Expert-level cold calling and cold emailing capabilities.
    • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Availability: Ability to work a strict 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule from an offshore location.
