As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our clients' satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' business operations and strategic objectives to identify and deliver data solutions that enhance their business performance.
- Propose and advocate for solutions that align with clients' needs, facilitating their goals and contributing to their market success.
- Act as a bridge for communication between key clients and our internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, effectively managing any obstacles to maintain and strengthen client trust.
- Drive new business development through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives, translating new sales opportunities into enduring partnerships.
- Regularly evaluate account progress, delivering insights and forecasts to stakeholders through the adept use of key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a Key Account Manager role or a similar position within a client-focused environment.
