About the Role
Feel Your Soul is growing and the team is expanding. We're excited to announce we're hiring — and we're looking for someone like yourself: a technical Klaviyo email designer and copywriter who can build and write converting flows from the ground up.
Feel Your Soul was started by Jacob Zander out of his own house — no big backing, just a founder who learned shoe manufacturing hands-on in Vietnam and built Footsouls, comfort insoles made for Converse and Vans, from the ground up. Since launching in 2019, the brand has grown around one simple idea: inspiring people to chase their dreams, one step at a time.
This is not a role where you just execute briefs. You will be the technical builder and creative designer behind Feel Your Soul's email and SMS channel — working alongside our AI tools to write copy that converts, and owning the Klaviyo backend that makes it run.
What You Will Do
- Design and build email, landing page, and SMS flows in Klaviyo
- Write high-converting copy for email and SMS, using AI tools for drafting while owning strategy, editing, and final polish
- Set up new automated flows and optimize the ones already running
- Own performance against KPIs tied to sales conversion within Klaviyo
What You Bring
- Strong technical fluency in Klaviyo — flows, segmentation, automation, optimization
- Experience with a fashion e-commerce brand or similar niche
- Both a creative and a technical mind — equally comfortable writing copy and building backend logic
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow, with the judgment to refine and QA the output
Why You Will Love This
- Direct ownership of a real revenue channel — your work shows up in the numbers immediately
- Work directly with the Feel Your Soul team, no layers
- Part-time to start, with a genuine path to full-time as the role grows
- $2,000–$4,000/month, tied to sales conversion performance
