Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the respective therapeutic area, aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the Patient Journey Solutions department.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities, define target segments, and shape brand positioning.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle management strategies to maximize the potential of existing products, including line extensions and indication expansions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the patient journey and treatment landscape within the respective therapeutic area.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial KPIs within the respective therapeutic area, including revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, KOLs, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Min. 8-years in the pharmaceutical industry with Min. 3-years in Marketing

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on product management and brand development.

  • Deep understanding of the patient journey, market dynamics, and treatment landscape within the respective therapeutic area.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent English & Korean, spoken & written
