We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Sales North America to lead Kramer's commercial organization across the United States and Canada.
Reporting directly to the President, Kramer Americas, this executive leadership role is responsible for driving the company's sales strategy, accelerating revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the North American region.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all sales activities across the United States and Canada
- Lead, develop, coach, and inspire regional sales leaders and sales teams to achieve outstanding results
- Develop and execute the North America sales strategy aligned with global business objectives
- Own annual revenue targets, sales forecasts, budgets, and quarterly business plans
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline management, forecasting, and business reviews
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, consultants, and strategic accounts
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Success, and Global Sales leadership
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, CRM discipline, and operational excellence
- Represent Kramer at executive meetings, industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success
- Travel throughout North America as required
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including senior executive sales management roles
- Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations across North America
- Strong experience in the Professional AV, Unified Communications, Collaboration, IT, Networking, or related technology industries
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving profitable growth
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities
- Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and enterprise customers
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and business acumen
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America
