About the RoleWe’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expansion within our Global 2000 customer base and help execute our upmarket sales playbook.
You’ll own complex, consultative sales cycles with large enterprises, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and leverage wins across key accounts and verticals to build market share—while continuously feeding insights back to sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
What You’ll DoDevelop and execute consultative, solution-oriented sales strategies to generate pipeline, manage opportunities, and drive predictable bookings
Build deep, trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, becoming a thought leader in how Monte Carlo delivers business outcomes for large enterprises
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, marketing, partnerships, and customers to prospect, manage pipeline, and close complex deals
7+ years of SaaS experience with 5+ years in closing roles, including selling to Global 2000 companies
Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure cloud software deals in complex, technical sales environments
Experience selling to data and engineering teams, with strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
Demonstrated success operating in early-stage or highly ambiguous environments
Experience with outbound prospecting, category creation, or build-vs-buy sales motions; familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or consumption-based models
