License Compliance Specialist 

Location: Remote (Applicants must be based in South America)

Role & Compensation Details

  • Role Type: Full-Time Contractor
  • Trial Period: This position includes a 3-month trial period.
  • Compensation Range: The target monthly compensation for this role is between $800 and $1,000 USD.
  • This consists of a fixed base salary of $800 USD.
  • Includes a performance-based bonus of up to $200 USD per month, based on achieving clear, measurable KPIs.

Ruvixx is seeking a motivated and analytical License Compliance Specialist to join our fully remote team. This role is open to all qualified candidates currently based in South America.

You will be at the forefront of protecting intellectual property for a leading global software partner, managing anti-piracy and software compliance cases from investigation to resolution. This is an ideal role for a professional with a background in sales, collections, or B2B customer engagement who is looking to build a career in the high-growth field of technology compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of software license compliance cases, from initial investigation to resolution.
  • Investigate and analyze case data to identify unlicensed software use and prepare clear, evidence-based reports.
  • Engage directly with businesses via phone, email, and video to discuss compliance issues and negotiate resolutions.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all case activities and communications in our CRM system.
  • Support operational needs with ad hoc analysis and reporting.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

  • Must be currently based in South America (this is a firm requirement).
  • Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in customer engagement, sales, collections, or compliance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with professional confidence in handling B2B outreach via phone, email, and video calls.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
  • A self-motivated and highly organized individual comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong interest in software licensing, intellectual property law, or anti-piracy strategy.
  • Experience building client relationships across various South American markets.
