Junior Campaign Manager – Remote (LATAM)

Independent Contractor | $1,000–$1,200 USD/month

There is a 3-month trial period.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Junior Campaign Manager to be the operational backbone of our global marketing campaigns. If you love creating structure in fast-paced environments, spotting problems before they happen, and ensuring every moving part clicks into place, this is your role.

You’ll be the glue that keeps our investigation, engagement, and stakeholder teams aligned by owning workflows from kickoff to completion, keeping data sharp, and ensuring campaigns run on time, every time.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Operations Management

  • Manage end-to-end operations for 1+ marketing campaigns, from planning through delivery.
  • Maintain and update weekly performance reports, analyzing trends and flagging insights.
  • Provide clear, concise campaign updates through written summaries and regular stakeholder calls.

Process Optimization & Quality Control

  • Create and maintain process flowcharts, SOPs, and knowledge-base documentation.
  • Serve as the final quality checkpoint for CRM data and process compliance.
  • Spot roadblocks early and drive practical, timely solutions to keep campaigns on track.

Project Coordination

  • Oversee case delivery and launch timelines for on-time execution.
  • Coordinate across teams while keeping communication lines open and clear.
  • Lead special projects that boost campaign performance and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical fluency in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables) and adaptable with new tools.
  • Proven experience creating clear documentation, process maps, and project wikis.
  • Sharp analytical skills with a knack for asking the right questions at the right time.
  • Solid experience managing multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: comfortable presenting to team leads and clients.

Must-Have Tool Experience

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Project management tools (ClickUp, Asana)
  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)

Your Success Profile

We’re looking for someone with an ownership mentality. When processes break, you rebuild them; when data is messy, you clean it up. You’re solutions-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.

High attention to detail is a given. You adapt quickly to change, keep everyone aligned, and follow through until the job is done. Most importantly, you’re curious. You dig into problems until you fully understand them and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Position Details

  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor
  • Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)
  • Compensation: $750 USD/month starting, reviewed after 3-month trial with potential increase to $1,000 USD/month
  • Language Requirement: English fluency required

Ready to Apply?

If you’re excited to bring order to dynamic environments and drive operational excellence in global marketing campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.
