Job Description:

Title: LCSW Clinical Supervisor

  • Hourly range: $42.63 to $46.15 per hour 

  • 20-30 hours/week

  • Approximately 7 weeks of paid time off per year (including holidays)

  • Health benefits if working 30+ hrs per week

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field.

  • Licensed with LMFT or LCSW for 2 years or more

  • Current license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.

  • At least 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision in a mental health or related field.

  • Experience providing behavioral and mental health services to children and families from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for the delivery of behavioral and mental health services.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to support a team of clinicians and staff.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of clinicians and oversee the delivery of evidence-based behavioral and mental health interventions in schools and community settings.

  • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and training to staff to ensure the delivery of culturally responsive and trauma-informed services.

  • Collaborate with school staff and community partners to support the development and implementation of behavioral and mental health programs and services.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure program effectiveness and fidelity to evidence-based practices.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders to support program sustainability and growth.

  • Participate in the development of grant proposals and program budgets.

  • Collaborate with the behavioral and mental health team and other BACR program areas to support the overall mission and strategic plan of the agency.
