The Finance Technology Strategy (FTS) team is committed to driving operational excellence, delivering service excellence, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement within the Finance function. By harnessing technology enablement, process re-engineering, and innovative thinking, we strive to create a best-in-class Finance function that empowers our teams to achieve their goals with a focus on Voya's core resources - people, process, data, and technology.

Our (FTS) mission is to serve as internal advocates and strategic partners across the Finance organization, acting as change agents and Finance technology SME’s focused on continuous improvement. We strive to develop and implement both strategic and tactical solutions that elevate the Finance function and support Voya Financial’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates on business requirements and solutions

• Performs accounting updates in test environments

• Develops and executes test plans independently

• Prioritizes defects and assesses production readiness

• Configures and support Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules

• Resolves complex post production problems

• Regularly leads and facilitates meetings

• Maintains SOX documentation

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology/Systems.

• Minimum 5 yrs experience with Oracle Cloud ERP

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and operations

• Strong analytical skills

• Meeting facilitation experience

• Project management skills

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
