The US base salary range for this full-time position is 121,000.00 USD - 151,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as Lead Analyst, Sportsbook Merchandising
- Design, execute, and measure A/B tests to evaluate sportsbook features, customer experiences, and operational strategies.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and Data Science to translate business goals into analytical frameworks, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and product performance to uncover trends and inform strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to shape and drive the Merchandising roadmap through data-backed insights.
- Build automated dashboards and tools that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and identify opportunities in real time.
- Deliver clear, compelling analyses, experiment readouts, and presentations that influence cross-functional decision-making.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field; or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within a technology, e-commerce, or digital product environment.
- Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, with a strong understanding of experimentation principles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience building structured, analysis-ready datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to create scalable dashboards.
- A proven ability to translate large, complex datasets into clear recommendations and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
