What You’ll Do
  • Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that clearly reflect BJAK’s visual identity

  • Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system, ensuring consistency across all marketing and product surfaces

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences

  • Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, and internal teams—adapting brand expression as needed

  • Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring strong craft and consistency across outputs

  • Deliver fast, thoughtful design work that supports both long-term brand growth and immediate business needs

  • Report directly to the Creative Manager, contributing creative and strategic input to overall brand direction

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related roles

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

  • Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows

  • Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines

Nice to Have
  • Experience in performance marketing or fast-paced startup environments

  • Basic motion graphics, sound editing, or simple VFX skills

  • Experience working with design systems, templates, or brand libraries

Location

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in US. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in US.

 
Language

English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
