Bounteous is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst with deep Adobe Analytics expertise and advanced Power BI capabilities to support a major health brand engagement through December 2026.

This is a strategic consulting engagement, not a ticket-driven reporting role. You’ll partner with marketing leaders, data teams, and client stakeholders to modernize reporting frameworks across Adobe Analytics and PowerBI environments. You’ll elevate how performance insights and reporting solutions are delivered across the organization, not just maintain existing dashboards.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical BI expertise with the ability to translate complex marketing data into clear executive insight.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do

Turn Marketing Data Into Business Insight

    • Translate Adobe Analytics behavioral data into clear performance insights across acquisition, engagement, and revenue

    • Connect cross-channel marketing performance (paid media, CRM, ecommerce, web, and app) into unified reporting narratives

    • Lead monthly, quarterly, and executive reporting discussions

    • Elevate attribution, cohort analysis, and performance reporting into decision frameworks

    • Identify optimization opportunities that influence marketing strategy

    •
Design Scalable BI Solutions (Power BI)
      • Build end-to-end Power BI solutions including semantic modeling, DAX development, and visualization design

      • Create executive dashboards that become the trusted source of truth

      • Modernize fragmented reporting into scalable BI frameworks

      • Write advanced SQL to transform and validate large-scale datasets

      • Partner with data engineering teams across Snowflake, Azure, or BigQuery environments

      • Operate as a Strategic Analytics Partner

        • Bridge marketing, engineering, and business leadership

        • Help define enterprise measurement frameworks and KPI standards

        • Lead client-facing analytics discussions with confidence and clarity

Preferred Qualifications

    • 7+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics consulting

    • 3+ years advanced Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, governance)

    • Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics

    • Strong SQL skills working with large-scale datasets

    • Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders and executives

    • Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities

Why This Role Is Different

This role goes beyond building dashboards. This role is best suited for analysts who have led enterprise marketing reporting initiatives, specifically within Adobe and Power BI ecosystems, and are comfortable advising senior stakeholders.

Additional Role Details

    • Contract role supporting a leading health brand

    • Expected duration: 9 months (through December 2026).

    • Estimated hours are 20 hours per week, with potential for more.
    • Project work will focus on Adobe Analytics and Power BI reporting modernization and consult.
