In this role, you will develop, negotiate, and manage proposals and contracts for Boeing's National Programs portfolio. - Have a broad set of experience with United States Government (USG) contracts, including: cost-reimbursable and fixed-price contract types; research, development, production, operations, and sustainment efforts; and complex statements of work, and incentive arrangements
- Possess strong organizational skills to facilitate multiple concurrent workstreams
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, executive leadership, and other stakeholders
- Are proven leaders and mentors, and able to support the training and development of early- and mid-career colleagues
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop timely and compliant proposals in support of Boeing's growth targets
- Summarize contractual issues that arise in complex contracts and proposals, perform financial analysis of contractual outcomes, and ultimately develop/implement/negotiate successful solutions
- Conduct negotiations and sign contracts for products, services, and technologies
- Develop, present, and implement business solutions to drive growth and protect company interests
- Ensure compliance with business commitments, company policies, and Government laws and regulations
- Review and approve work products prepared by colleagues
- Coordinate flow-down and flow-up of prime terms and conditions with Supplier Management
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience drafting, proposing, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
- 10+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and/or suppliers
