Shape the editorial perspective on new franchises and content formats, balancing strategic approach, innovation, creativity, and measurable content performance.
  • AI Integration & Strategic Foresight: Strategically leverage AI to accelerate development workflows: drafting pitches, proposals, data insights, seasonal trends, and cultural moment insights to proactively identify whitespace for new opportunities. Ensure all AI-assisted outputs are rigorously reviewed for strategic accuracy, brand consistency, and stakeholder readiness.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in longform programming working at a network, platform, studio or production company overseeing content development, branded content and production.
  • Strong creative reputation, network of contacts and relationships. Ability to work with high end creative talent and senior stakeholders. Strong ability to build working relationships with other Pinterest departments and executives.
  • Clear-thinking, and straightforward approach to problem-solving and decision making. A growth-oriented mindset about the usage of AI as a force multiplier for editorial teams.

  • Proven ability to work well and be flexible in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated success turning cultural trends and data insights into best-in-class branded content initiatives. A keen sense of trends across fashion and beauty, home, food and drinks, lifestyle, pop culture, entertainment, etc. Passionate about Pinterest, with a solid understanding of our product.
