SmartPropFirm

SmartPropFirm is building a complete ecosystem for prop traders, combining deals, tools, and education into one platform. We are looking for a Lead Designer to own design across product, brand, and growth.

This is a high ownership role where you will define how SmartPropFirm looks, feels, and converts.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and improve product interfaces, tools, and user flows

  • Create high quality visuals for landing pages, emails, and campaigns

  • Shape and evolve the visual identity

  • Design creatives for ads, social, and launches

  • Work closely with product and growth to improve conversion and UX

  • Maintain consistency across all touchpoints

  • Build and improve design systems

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong portfolio with modern, high quality work

  • Experience designing for web products and digital platforms

  • Strong understanding of UI, UX, and visual hierarchy

  • Ability to balance aesthetics with performance and conversion

  • Comfort working in a fast paced startup environment

  • High ownership and ability to execute independently

  • Attention to detail and strong design taste

Bonus: experience in fintech, trading, or futures prop firms, design systems, motion design, or growth marketing
