This is a remote position.

An order book DEX is looking to hire a senior developer who has leadership capabilities.

 

They allow liquidity providers to attach smart contracts to their offers. Linking arbitrary code with on-chain trading unlocks a new design space for DeFi.

The company is a new primitive enabling a broad range of solutions for token issuers, market makers, DeFi protocols, and retail users.

Full-time, remote position role, however, frequent in-person meet-ups are to be expected.
The role is opened to anyone living in Europe although the company has offices in Paris (France) where you could work from. So Being based in Paris is ideal but not mandatory.

MISSIONS

 

As a Lead Developer, you will lead development efforts, combining hands-on coding with managing and improving operational processes. You can understand the whole stack of the protocol, coordinate front-end and back-end teams, and help resolve blockers and code issues. Leading the technical team, you’ll closely work with the product team to balance immediate needs against long-term goals and provide development estimates, ensuring our project timelines are both realistic and efficiently managed.



Profil
You ideally have deep experience with blockchain, EVM and operating a live product.

Requirements:
  • Extensive full-stack experience (React, TypeScript, Solidity)
  • Experience in building successful products in blockchain/web3
  • Understanding of developer infrastructure (GitHub, workflows)
  • Experience operating a live protocol/product
  • Experience leading technical teams
  • European-based (frequent IRL meetings with team)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Bonus points:
  • Experience with Foundry (https://getfoundry.sh/)
  • Have a passion for DeFi industry
  • Can assess new infrastructure/ecosystem opportunities
  • Experience with remote set-up
  • Have teamwork, communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to constantly learn & improve, challenging yourself to stay at the top of your game
