Job Description

As the Lead Digital Product Manager for Integration Platforms, you will shape and own Allstate’s enterprise-wide integration strategy across APIs, event-driven architecture, and TIBCO-based legacy integrations. This senior strategic role is accountable for how applications, platforms, and services connect across the organization—through modern APIs, events, file-based mechanisms, and longstanding integration workflows.
You will lead the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Allstate’s core integration capabilities, including the transformation of the enterprise API gateway, evolution of event-driven services, and stability and modernization of TIBCO and legacy integration pipelines. This includes defining the future API Management strategy, driving the enterprise eventing blueprint, and guiding long-term plans for TIBCO, ensuring resiliency, availability, and seamless interoperability across systems.
Managing a globally distributed team of 3–4 Digital Product Managers, you will set strategic direction, ensure execution excellence, and deliver measurable platform outcomes across multiple integration products. You will partner closely with architecture, engineering, security, and business stakeholders to consolidate platforms, drive modernization, lead enterprise migration efforts, and enable the next generation of integration capabilities.
This is a critical leadership position at the center of Allstate’s digital ecosystem—ideal for a senior product leader, passionate about modern integration technologies, platform strategy, and enterprise-scale transformation.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and communicate the unified product vision across API, event-driven, and TIBCO integration platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs.
  • Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization, balancing new capabilities with technical debt, modernization, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive platform-level KPIs (adoption, performance, resiliency, developer experience, operational excellence) and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Digital Product Managers, setting standards for backlog management, story refinement, KPI development, and agile practices.
  • Establish governance, best practices, and operating models for integration product management across teams.
  • Apply deep integration domain expertise across APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging, TIBCO platforms, and integration security/governance to design scalable, reusable services.
  • Oversee delivery execution across multiple backlogs, ensuring iterative delivery, platform readiness, quality, compliance, and operational stability.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders (engineering, security, architecture, business) to align sequencing, acceptance criteria, and value realization.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and strategic direction to senior leadership and key business partners, influencing outcomes and decisions

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management or related fields
  • Proven experience leading multiple products, teams, or workstreams
  • Strong background in application integration, API management, eventing, or middleware technologies
  • Hands-on experience with integration patterns (REST, messaging, pub/sub, event streaming, orchestration)
  • Demonstrated capability in roadmap development, backlog management, and KPI-driven delivery
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer- and business-centric outcomes
  • Experience mentoring and developing product managers

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of major one streaming/event platforms or Api Platforms (Kafka, Apigee, Kong/DataPower etc.)
  • Practical experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks
  • Familiarity with modern cloud-native integration mechanisms like AWS API gateway and Azure API Management
  • Familiarity with AI integration mechanisms like MCPs
  • Experience contributing to large-scale enterprise modernization or platform transformation initiatives
  • Relevant certifications in Agile, Product Management, or Cloud platforms (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, AIPMM, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications)
