About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Lead Analyst to join our GTM Strategy & Analytics team within Revenue Operations. Reporting directly to our Sr. Director, Revenue Operations, this role will focus on supporting our Revenue leaders with operational insights and data-backed planning across forecasting, pipeline, territories, quotas, headcount, compensation, and business performance.

You are a passionate business builder at heart. You get energized by tackling complex, challenging, often ambiguous problems and driving real impact across a business. You want ownership and rapid growth. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get projects implemented and make things work. You are a talented analyst, at home diving into data for insights and also project managing cross-functionally with senior stakeholders. Working with great people is a non-negotiable priority for you because you thrive in a highly collaborative and high performance team.

You’ll serve as a strategic thought partner to senior Revenue leadership, delivering proactive reporting and decision-making support across critical areas of the go-to-market strategy. This role is the perfect fit for someone who thrives in complex data environments, knows how to drive clarity through ambiguity, and is passionate about turning insights into action.

  • Partner across all Revenue teams to identify, implement, and evaluate strategic growth initiatives
  • Drive AI alignment and development of automated insights across pipeline operations and campaign effectiveness analysis
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively across weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Own and update headcount capacity models, territory plans, and quota allocations for the full Revenue team in alignment with GTM strategy
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance on compensation execution, ensuring accurate payout calculations and alignment between performance data and plan mechanic.
  • Deliver period-end insights and retrospectives, including performance by segment, product, and rep—along with qualitative takeaways and forward-looking recommendations
  • Drive proactive analytics to identify risks and opportunities before they surface, informing leadership decisions and action planning.
  • Manage inbound ad hoc reporting requests while maintaining focus on high-impact, scalable reporting initiatives
  • Support quarterly and annual planning efforts with data-backed insights that inform target-setting, revenue modeling, and resource allocation
  • Partner with RevOps systems team and cross-functional stakeholders to define and evolve business requirements and enable high-quality data infrastructure
  • Partner with Revenue team members and Data Analytics partners to support ad-hoc requests and deep dives. Enable a self-service analytics culture by driving adoption of our BI tools and dashboards to make insights consistent and accessible

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Planning, or related fields, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment

  • Advanced Tableau experience a must
  • Familiarity with forecasting methodologies, pipeline health measurement, territory and quota planning processes, headcount modeling, and compensation execution cycles

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data to operational priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail, with a bias toward continuous improvement and scalability
