ABOUT THE JOBWHAT YOU’LL DO 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead, IT Asset Management to spearhead the operational management of our IT hardware operations. In our ever-growing environment, this critical role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in process efficiency and practical skills in comprehensive hardware lifecycle management. You will be instrumental in optimizing our asset utilization, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency through innovative solutions and cutting-edge automation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in Hardware deployment, hardware provisioning, service delivery, or similar roles.
  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Hardware deployment, hardware provisioning, service delivery, or similar roles.
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive automated strategy for IT hardware asset lifecycle management (ITAM).
  • Define and enforce robust policies and procedures relating to IT asset management and hardware operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead regular audits and generate detailed reports on hardware assets, leveraging automation for efficiency and insights.
  • Define, document, and maintain a dynamic asset lifecycle process utilizing device health data.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of hardware asset management and operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all stages.
  • Collaborate with key business partners to optimize the entirely of the employee hardware experience(i.e New Hire Onboarding, Refresh Cycles, Employee Off-Boarding).
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and other IT teams to optimize asset utilization, control costs, and inform purchasing decisions.
  • Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement and related automation platforms, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Train and mentor staff on using asset management systems and adhering to established processes.
  • Stay current with the latest hardware trends, service offerings, and industry best practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Familiarity with Oomnitza or similar enterprise asset management (EAM/ITAM) platforms.
  • Relevant IT asset management certifications (e.g., ITIL, IAITAM, CSAM).
 
US Salary Range
$98,000$130,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
