The Impact you will have in this role:

The IAM Operations Sr. Associate will be responsible for working with the IAM Operations Manager on the IAM Operations Core functions of the Identity/Access Management department. 

This individual will be a key contributor to the team and the service delivery of the IAM Core processes and procedures. They will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and reporting functions of the Identity and Access Management department. This individual will be responsible for the service delivery of the Access Recertification, Access Request, and Reporting services provided by the IAM Business Function. 

The candidate will be required to support the IAM Operations Manager as their back-up in managing the IAM Analysts on and off-shore.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead IAM projects with guidance from the IAM Operations Manager.
  • Assist in managing the team tasked with providing the services described above within IAM Projects
  • Assist in defining the IAM Projects requirements for Process, Workflow and Report Definitions.
  • Assist in development of documentation, subject training, and other knowledge material on Entitlement Management processes.
  • Provide inputs to evaluate existing processes, tools, and services and suggest new ones that most effectively reduce risk, enhance operational effectiveness, and improve the end user experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at varying organizational levels
  • Interacts with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
  • Assist IAM in the creation of Review Definitions and Reviews using the IAM tools, manage reviews from start to finish, develop documentation, subject training, job aids, and other knowledge material on Access Recertification, Request and Reporting and other governance requirements as they come up.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about IT security, particularly in access management and privileged account security.
  • Familiarity with PAM concepts, such as the least privilege, credential vaulting, session monitoring, and access workflows.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • One or more information security or audit certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is a plus.
  • 2+ years Hands-on experience with any PAM/IAM/Cybersecurity solution.
  • Experience of Identity Governance & Administration.
  • Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements.
  • Role Oriented Access Management and Definition.
  • Clear understanding of Audit & Risk Controls for technology systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid experience with IAM tools – such as RSA IGL, Bravura PAM, PlainID and other similar IAM Systems.
  • Understanding of IT risks and implications to the business.
  • Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and execute tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Fluent both written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated ability to write report segments and to participate in presentations.
  • Possess a balance of analytical problem solving ability, good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and technical acumen.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Serves as a dedicated technology resource for advancing DTCC’s business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technology.
