This position requires an individual with extensive experience in Android and iOS app development, with a focus on leading and conducting code reviews for both platforms. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Conduct thorough code reviews for Android and iOS apps, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and build advanced applications for diverse ranges of devices.
- Work with external data sources and APIs, integrating them effectively into Android and iOS applications.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability across Android and iOS platforms.
- Monitor the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them at the code level for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Stay updated with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with UI & UX designers to ensure that each app is presentable and in perfect working order.
Technical Profile:
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Swift, MVP, MVVM for Android and iOS app development.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, BitBucket, SourceTree for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and continuous integration and deployment processes for Android and iOS apps.
- Strong understanding of ViewModel for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Well-versed with Google's design principles & application interface guidelines for Android apps and Apple’s design principles & application interface guidelines for iOS apps.
