Description

TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We’ve been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

As a Lead Motion & Graphic Designer in the Curriculum team, you’ll turn complex tech concepts into clear visual and interactive learning experiences, and lead the team that makes them. About 80% of your time goes to hands-on design, motion, video, and interactive work; the other 20% to team leadership. Curriculum visuals help students understand and remember a concept, so we favor clarity, calm pacing, and accurate diagrams over flashy effects.

What you will do
  • Design learning visuals. Create graphics, animations, motion pieces, and explainer videos with Learning Experience Designers, from concept and storyboard to final edit.
  • Set the quality bar. Own visual and motion standards for curriculum content: guidelines, templates, and reusable asset libraries.
  • Lead the team. Run critiques, weekly planning, and retros; mentor designers with regular, actionable feedback; improve intake, reviews, and handoffs.
  • Speed up production. Partner with product, design, and engineering on shared libraries, AI-assisted workflows, and automation of repetitive work.
  • Prototype interactive formats. Design clickable diagrams, simple simulations, and step-by-step visual explainers for our learning platform.
  • Finish video. Edit and enhance video content, adding simple visual effects and sound design.
  • Experiment with new formats. Test new video and interactive formats, using Claude Design and Claude Code to prototype faster.
Requirements

Must have

  • 4+ years in motion and graphic design. A portfolio showing motion, graphic design, and visual storytelling, built in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Design leadership. Experience leading or mentoring designers, or owning design standards and processes for a team.
  • English at B2 or higher. Confident written and spoken English for daily work in a remote, cross-functional team.

Nice to have

  • Interactive and UX work. Interactive pieces in your portfolio, and a grasp of how people read, scan, and interact with learning materials.
  • AI creative tools. Hands-on use of Claude Design, Claude Code, or AI agents in Figma to prototype.
  • Ed-tech and languages. Experience in ed-tech, e-learning, or instructional design; Spanish or Portuguese.
What we can offer you
  • Ownership. Real decision-making power in your area: we trust your expertise and don’t micromanage.
  • Remote and flexible. Fully remote collaboration.
  • Digital office. Slack, Notion, Miro, and Zoom, with every license you need.
