  • Deliver manager coaching, leadership enablement, and support on difficult ER, development, and performance conversations.

  • Partner on organizational change management and team health planning, including onboarding and integration.

  • Develop and socialize frameworks for talent succession, mobility, and advancement.

  • Escalate sensitive or high-risk issues; act as a trusted escalation point for client group leaders.

  • Utilize survey analysis and AI-enabled HR platforms to inform decision making and optimize processes.

  • Model and promote a positive, inclusive culture through exceptional communication, collaboration, and empathy.

  • Foster accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement by sharing knowledge across teams.

  • Represent the People Partner function in cross-functional and executive forums.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification or MBA preferred.

  • 6–8 years of relevant HRBP, HR, or people-facing experience supporting senior leaders.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance.

  • Track record of coaching managers, managing complex employee relations, and driving people analytics.

  • Experience designing and implementing organizational change, talent strategies, and succession planning.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Working proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday), reporting, and AI/survey analysis platforms.

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.

  • Commitment to Socure’s mission, values, and embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
