The summary above was generated by AI

In this role, you will lead development in one of the key parts of our core platform. You will be responsible for product management (collecting and organizing requirements from internal stakeholders), architecture, and implementation in your area of responsibility.

This job will give you challenging tasks with a lot of autonomy, top-of-market compensation, and meaningful equity in the company.

This role may or may not involve formal management of other engineers, but will involve coordination of multiple people working in your and adjacent areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shaping, planning and executing tasks and projects that improve your area of our platform.

  • Designing elegant and practical architecture and APIs in alignment with the rest of the product.

  • Working with internal (and occasionally external) stakeholders to inform your direction of work.

  • Ensuring quality of your area of responsibility: documentation, test coverage, technical debt, etc.

Requirements:

  • Interest in diving deep into our subject domain (software integrations, developer tools, AI).

  • Proven experience building simple solutions for complex problems.

  • Great working knowledge of Typescript.

  • Working knowledge or interest in quickly learning our technology stack: Kubernetes, Docker, Mongo, Redis, Nestjs, React.

  • Excellent written and fluent spoken communications (in English).

We value autonomy, proactive alignment, and focus on getting shit done every single day. We hire people who can manage themselves and give you a lot of freedom. We are a fully remote company that invests in building personal relationships to enable effective high-velocity teamwork. We don't spare resources on keeping you happy and productive and don't stand in your way - and we expect you to use this freedom well.
