About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager – Digital & AI to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of new digital and AI-powered products from early concept through validation and readiness to scale.

You’ll lead 0→1 product development, shape high-potential opportunities, run structured experiments, and work cross-functionally to create solutions that are desirable, clinically credible, technically feasible, and commercially viable.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves with pace, and can connect business strategy, digital experience, AI capability, and clinical insight to deliver transformative products.

Location: San Diego, CA or Remote (U.S. West Coast / Pacific Time Zone)

What You’ll Do

  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new digital and AI-powered products.

  • Identify and validate opportunities through customer insight, market signals, clinical evidence, and experimentation.

  • Lead 0→1 product development from concept and prototype through pilot, validation, and scale readiness.

  • Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, AI/ML, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver strong product outcomes.

  • Translate complex user, clinical, and technical needs into intuitive, impactful, and responsible product experiences.

  • Influence stakeholders, build business cases, and foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and product excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–12+ years of digital product management experience, ideally in digital health, AI/ML, or regulated technology environments.

  • Proven success building 0→1 products through discovery, experimentation, validation, and launch.

  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complexity into clear direction.

  • Experience working closely with AI/ML, data science, engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder leadership skills across technical and executive audiences.

  • Passion for improving health outcomes and building digital products that create meaningful impact at scale.

Why Join ResMed?

This is an opportunity to build the next generation of digital health products at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and human-centred design. You’ll work on meaningful problems, move quickly from idea to impact, and help create solutions that improve lives at scale.
