Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About your role

Juniper Square’s platform is used by customers throughout the lifecycle of an investment and investors: from marketing offerings and soliciting leads, digital signing of contracts and terms, reporting on investment financials performance and recording transactions.

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to transform fundraising & investor relations in the private markets. You’ll join our growing team to bring manual offline workflows into AI-native digital experiences. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers, their business problems, and their workflows as well as the dynamics at play within private markets. You will leverage these insights to drive the full product lifecycle from high level roadmap definition and stakeholder alignment all the way through execution, GTM, and delivery of value to customers. You will be among the first product managers in the industry bring AI to the private markets.

We are a highly collaborative team, and you will be working very closely with leadership, product managers, customers, customer success, sales, engineers and designers throughout the phases of software development.

For this role, candidates in the San Francisco bay area are preferred who are able to be in the office 2 times per week.

What you’ll do
  • Entrepreneurially define how AI will transform private market fundraising and the product manager role.

  • Develop the roadmap by balancing competing needs between features, stability and performance.

  • Develop deep empathy for our customers’ needs and pain points, by close collaboration with colleagues from our product, sales, customer success, operations teams as well as customers themselves.

  • Ship features and improvements frequently and iteratively, planning projects, documenting requirements, and motivating those building solutions with an understanding of the ‘why’ and the ‘what’, inspiring their ownership of the ‘how’.

  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, customer success, operations teams and more to roll out new capabilities and drive adoption.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management role

  • Proven ability to effectively leverage AI tools to drive faster product development cycles, more rigorous experimentation and improved decision-making

  • Proven experience shipping AI powered products with ownership across the full product lifecycle

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or quantitative field, or equivalent schooling or training

  • Demonstrated ability to define and ship complex, technical products in an iterative, agile manner

  • Comfort working with a range of levels, from envisioning entirely new products to mastering details and edge cases

  • Proven ability to motivate, lead and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through writing, presentations and collaboration with a diverse set of business teams from engineering to operations, and marketing to customer success

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $225,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
