The Lead Product Manager - Growth will drive growth initiatives for Paraform, optimizing candidate acquisition, onboarding, and discovery while collaborating cross-functionally and leading experiments.

About this role

Nearly $900B is spent on recruiting every year, yet the process is still broken. Paraform is building the global talent infrastructure where companies come to fill their most critical roles.

Through every search, placement, and interaction on our platform, we capture proprietary hiring data at scale. That data powers the agentic systems we are building to make hiring faster, smarter, and more precise.

We believe AI will create more jobs, not less by removing constraints and enabling companies to move faster and hire more ambitiously.

The role

We are looking for our first Lead Product Manager - Growth to own and accelerate Paraform’s entire growth funnel. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market to identify the highest-leverage opportunities, ship experiments quickly, and scale what works.

This is a high-ownership role with meaningful scope. As the founding member of Paraform’s growth team, you will define strategy, execute end-to-end, be accountable for outcomes, hire and lead a small growth pod over time, and help drive the company’s hypergrowth.

What you will work on

Our current product roadmap focuses on three major areas. You will drive growth across them by improving the end-to-end funnel:

  • New candidate acquisition

    • Scale top channels (paid, organic, partnerships, referrals) and improve visit → signup conversion.

    • Design and optimize candidate referral programs that make it easy and rewarding for candidates to refer other high-quality candidates.

    • Identify viral loop opportunities where invited candidates can discover relevant roles, join Paraform, and refer more candidates from their own networks.

    • Run weekly experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and rollout plans.

    • Build attribution and dashboards to optimize CAC, payback, channel quality, candidate referral coefficient, and loop velocity.

  • New candidate onboarding

    • Reduce time-to-value by simplifying first-run setup and key activation steps.

    • Improve completion rates via better UX, sequencing, and contextual guidance.

    • Personalize onboarding by segment and measure impact on activation and retention.

  • New candidate discovery

    • Improve matching, search, and recommendations to increase relevance and trust.

    • Drive repeat engagement with loops like saved searches, notifications, follow-ups, referrals, and shareable candidate or role moments.

    • Increase downstream outcomes (conversations, interviews, placements) and track quality metrics.

What we are looking for

  • Product-minded: You form strong opinions about what to build and why, grounded in user research, data, and first-principles thinking.

  • Growth-oriented: You have experience running experiments, improving funnels, and scaling what works.

  • Business-minded: You think in terms of revenue, retention, and market dynamics, not just shipped features.

  • Analytical: You can define success metrics, build instrumentation plans, and use data to make decisions.

  • High ownership/autonomy: You identify what needs to exist, make the plan, and execute.

  • Strong collaborator: You communicate clearly and build alignment across functions.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of product management experience.

  • At least 2 years of growth product experience.

  • A data analytics background is preferred.

  • Marketplace experience is preferred.

  • Marketing and Go-to-Market experience is preferred.

  • Experience leading 0→1 or step-function growth initiatives is preferred.

  • Leadership and team-building experience is preferred.

Why this role matters

Your work will directly shape how companies hire and how thousands of people find their next role. If you want to operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, this is the job.

Compensation & logistics

  • Salary: $150K – $250K

  • Equity: Competitive

  • Visa sponsorship: Case-by-case

  • Employment type: Full-time

  • Location: San Francisco

  • Report to: CTO
