Lead Product Manager – Norton Growth

As Lead Product Manager for Norton Growth, you will own how the Norton portfolio turns customer value into sustainable business growth.  You will define and optimize how customers engage with Norton’s products and grow their relationship through upgrades to higher product tiers and adoption of additional products and services.  You will provide strategic direction, drive high-quality execution, and leverage data, insights, and experimentation to inform decisions and accelerate growth.

You’ll be a key part of a team led by the Sr Director, Norton Product Suites and partner closely with the Lead Product Manager for Norton Product Discovery and Engagement, Product Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams to design product experiences that are customer-centric, engaging, and commercially effective.

How We Work

Our hybrid work model (3 days in Mountain View office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions, and build relationships. At the same time, it offers flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy, Proposition and Lifecycle Journeys

  • Shape and evolve Norton Suite product experience, building on core services in value-added ways that expand awareness and demand for adjacent or enhanced features and benefits
  • Design contextual, low-friction upgrade paths that unlock more value in seamless experiences that delight customers and increase their confidence in their relationship with the Norton Brand
  • Own end-to-end growth journeys including trials, upgrades, cross-sell/upsell, and retention experiences
  • Continuously improve lifecycle stages to be transparent, respectful and compliant with customer expectations and regulations
  • Work with Commercial teams to align messaging and offers across in-product and outbound channels

Experimentation and Business Outcomes

  • Define and track key metrics (conversion, ARPU, CLTV, churn, attach rates) and drive plans to improve them.
  • Run structured experiments on pricing, packaging, lifecycle nudges, and upgrade flows; scale what works.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer behavior and translate findings into product improvements.

Roadmap & Execution

  • Build and maintain an outcome-focused roadmap aligned with the broader Norton Suite strategy.
  • Write clear requirements and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver strong results quickly.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with the Norton Discovery & Engagement PM to create a smooth journey from first value to long-term retention.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and regional teams to align on market needs and growth opportunities.
  • Present hypotheses, plans, and results to senior leaders and contribute to wider growth strategy discussions.

What We’re Looking For

  •  10+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer SaaS or subscription-based products with a strong growth/monetization focus.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through product—e.g., improving conversion, ARPU, CLTV, or reducing churn via product-led initiatives.
  • Absolute obsession with the customer—you see growth as the outcome of genuinely solving customer problems and delivering perceived value, not just pushing offers.
  • Strong experience with pricing, packaging, and lifecycle optimization, and working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experiment design, and financial impact modelling.
  • Ability to operate in a complex, global, matrixed environment, aligning diverse stakeholders around clear problems, priorities, and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate trade-offs and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, utilities, or other categories where trust and transparency are critical to long-term customer relationships.

What You Can Expect from Us

  • A chance to shape the future of one of the world’s most trusted cyber safety and utility platforms.
  • A collaborative, global team culture that values innovation, accountability, and growth.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, tailored to your experience and impact.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
