What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Payroll Product team. In this role, you will take on a leadership position, driving the product definition, strategy and long term vision to build the Payroll platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, operators and engineers. You will lead the product plans and communicate these plans, benefits and the results to key stakeholders including the leadership team.

 

This position is based in our Palo Alto office with in-office attendance required Monday through Wednesday. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the VP, Product.

 

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap of the global payroll processing platform

  • Drive the execution of major initiatives on the payroll platform as the core of EOR

  • Draft requirements for initiatives that are clear, accurate, and easily translatable into technical requirements

  • Define goals and success criteria, work across functions to provide clarity and direction to ensure initiatives are moving forward

  • Foster a culture of learning and iteration through experimentation

  • Partner across engineering, payroll operations, sales and marketering to influence and better understand our customers

  • Leverage AI for automation of payroll processing capabilities

  • Ensure products are delivered on time with a focus on exactness and a seamless user experience

 

Let's Connect If You:

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience

  • Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience

  • Experience leading initiatives across large engineering and cross functional teams, to influence roadmap planning and execution

  • Hands-on experience in testing product before releasing and editing FAQ/documentation

  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, structuring ambiguous concepts and from first principles

  • Startup experience, either in FinTech or HR tech preferably

  • Experience taking a product from 0-1 or founded a startup is preferred
