The Lead Product Marketing role will support high-impact marketing strategy for AT&T’s total consumer portfolio, including Wireless, Fiber, and 5G Home Internet. This role helps drive portfolio growth through customer insight, local market intelligence, disciplined execution, and close partnership with regional leadership, strategy, and cross-functional teams across AT&T.
 

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop integrated marketing strategy across Wireless, Fiber, and 5G Home Internet, aligning portfolio priorities with business objectives, brand positioning, customer needs, and local market dynamics.

  • Analyze consumer, competitive, and geographic insights to identify growth opportunities and inform investment priorities.

  • Collaborate with regional leadership, strategy teams, and cross-functional partners to translate enterprise priorities into locally relevant marketing plans.

  • Develop forward-looking recommendations by monitoring industry shifts, customer behavior, competitive moves, and regional performance trends.

  • Evaluate commercialization opportunities and recommend marketing support needed to accelerate adoption.

  • Build scenario plans that enable timely response to market, competitive, and business changes.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans tailored to portfolio priorities, geographic opportunities, and local customer context.

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across regional, strategy, product, sales, media, and marketing partners to differentiate AT&T’s integrated connectivity solutions.

  • Support innovative experiments across test markets to inform potential expansion to the national footprint.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Track customer needs, competitive dynamics, and local market conditions across wireless, broadband, and converged connectivity.

  • Translate data and market intelligence into strategies that address evolving expectations for mobility, speed, reliability, value, and seamless connectivity.

  • Work with regional and strategy teams to identify localized growth opportunities across Wireless, Fiber, fixed wireless, and converged adoption.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Support allocation of marketing investment to high-impact portfolio, geographic, and local market opportunities.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to improve speed, efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.

Performance Measurement & Optimization:

  • Track KPIs and measure impact across national, regional, and local market performance.

  • Use analytics to refine recommendations, optimize investment, and improve business outcomes.

  • Prepare concise performance insights and recommendations to inform leadership decisions.

Industry Trends & Innovation:

  • Identify and apply new marketing approaches, technologies, and best practices that improve differentiation, engagement, and campaign effectiveness across the portfolio.

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in telecommunications, technology, or consumer services, with experience supporting integrated strategies across portfolio, geographic, and local market priorities.

  • Experience in go-to-market strategy, positioning, business case evaluation, and scenario planning across wireless, broadband, or integrated connectivity categories.

  • Strong storyteller who can translate complex technical and market dynamics into clear, customer-focused narratives.
