Wells Fargo is seeking a customer-centric Lead Product Owner to support the build of our next-generation Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform. Partnering closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Business stakeholders, you will translate strategy into clear, actionable backlog items and lead agile delivery squads to ship high-quality capabilities that elevate client experience and business results.
This role sits within the Commercial Bank's Supply Chain Finance business and is integral to delivering the SCF platform's end-to-end outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Own the Backlog & Outcomes
- Translate product strategy into a prioritized backlog with well-formed epics/features/user stories; continuously refine scope and acceptance criteria to drive measurable customer and business value.
- Establish and track product goals and KPIs/OKRs, ensuring delivery stays aligned to vision, regulatory expectations, and risk controls.
- Facilitate frequent collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and scrum teams; synthesize feedback into backlog updates and release plans
- Partner with our Client Advisory Board program to ingest insights and close the "feedback-to-action" loop within sprints and quarterly planning.
- Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews) with Technology to ensure clarity, flow, and quality; review and accept completed work against defined DoD/DoR.
- Coordinate dependencies across squads and product areas to deliver cohesive, omni-channel experiences on a modern SCF platform.
- Embed policy, SDLC, and control requirements into stories and release processes; maintain transparent documentation and auditability.
- Champion agile and product best practices; coach partners on discovery, experimentation, and data-informed decisions that improve speed and outcomes.

- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, leading testing/feature acceptance, and managing a backlog for agile delivery teams
- Experience in Financial Services/Commercial Banking/Supply Chain Finance or other B2B platforms.
- Proven collaboration across multiple scrum teams, delivery leads, and cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, XD, data).
- Familiarity with SDLC/policy requirements and embedding risk, compliance, and controls into product delivery.
- Strength in customer discovery, insight synthesis, and metrics-driven prioritization (OKRs/KPIs).
- Travel: 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
