REQUIREMENTS:

-ARRT Certification
-State X-Ray License 
-Works nights and weekends
-Enjoys driving to various facilities daily
-Professional attitude and compassion for patient care
-Excellent skill set and ability to meet daily challenges

ROLE:

    • Provide a consistent level of coaching and support to all personnel. This includes providing written and oral performance feedback.
    • Scheduling of technical as well as ancillary staff using the DDF format to ensure proper customer service levels are consistently met along with the Area Manager.
    • Conduct quarterly image reviews on fifteen (15) or more images as needed to ensure the highest quality exams are being performed. Graded feedback is provided to the technologists with ideas for improvement.
    • Cross training of technical staff in all applicable modalities.
    • Maintaining TridentCare equipment and cars—spot checks to make sure cars are cleaned and well maintained.
    • Maintain upkeep on all DR/CR equipment. Monthly check on cords/attachments/DR plates/pre-inspection checklist/QC programs.
    • Report all concerns/information on any area client directly back to Area Manager.
    • Provide additional support to Area Manager as needed.
    • Evening/weekend/holiday on-call as needed.

    Performs and processes X-Rays:

    1. Perform and process X-Rays and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.

    2. Perform EKGs and transmit EKGs to a Cardiologist for interpretation.

    3. Demonstrate regular attendance.

    4. Communicate efficiently and perform professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.

    5. Maintain required State licenses/ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.

    6. Attend meetings as required.

    7. Submit accurate and timely time sheets as per protocol.

    8. Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule through Supervisors and Bio-med. Other responsibilities including: scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, and mailings.

    9. Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers

    10. Train other technologists as required.
