About The Role:

  • As a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead within the RevOps function, you will play a pivotal role in building the infrastructure and engine that makes our GTM teams efficiently grow our marketplace. You will work cross-functionally with business operations, finance, and sales and account management leadership to shape our GTM motions, revenue strategy, and workflows. You will implement tools and create processes that are built to scale. This role requires a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted thought partner and advisor to Sales and Revenue executives, specifically working directly with our VP of Supply, Head of Demand Sales, and/or Head of Engagement Management and their frontline managers.

  • Support leadership across annual and quarterly GTM planning, including territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and forecasting.

  • Calculate attainment and variable compensation, and implement procedures with the Finance team to ensure commissions are paid accurately and on time.

  • Identify leverage points to deploy automation and AI-driven workflows that reduce manual sales and ops work.

  • Drive leadership decision-making through clear analytics and synthesized insights, pushing back on sales leadership when necessary.

 

Required

  • 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or comparable analytical roles

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and employees across the organization

  • Strong program and project management skills

  • Strong Excel skills

  • SQL ability or the willingness to learn to independently query & manipulate data (Metabase)

  • Ability to design systems for executive-level decision-making

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing workplace

  • Based in San Francisco and excited about in-person company culture

Preferred

  • Experience with GTM tools like Apollo, Clay, Gong, Nooks, Unify, Zoominfo

  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier, n8n

  • Experience architecting Salesforce to serve as the control center for a fast-growing, sales-led GTM organization, building and maintaining Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Reports, and Dashboards.

  • Track record of supporting or partnering closely with senior sales leadership

  • Experience in a high-growth environment or startup
