  • Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  •  UX partnership depth: working closely with UX designers/researchers, iterating based on feedback, and elevating usability for data-heavy consumer workflows
  • Experience building consumer-aligned “data product” UIs (self-service dashboards/portals, metric exploration, data catalog/lineage surfacing, or operational reporting interfaces)
  • Experience building or contributing to an enterprise design system/component library
  • Familiarity with Node.js “backend-for-frontend” patterns, logging, and request tracing
