We deliver end-to-end and emerging solutions to drive customer satisfaction, increase profitability and growth.  Our success is enabled by our world-class management consulting, delivery excellence and engineering brilliance. Our goal is to bring together business acumen with full-stack technical know-how to develop innovative solutions for our clients' most complex challenges.

What will you be doing?

As the Lead Solution Architect for Intelligent Lifecycle, you will be a core driver of WWT’s next evolution of lifecycle services—an emerging motion that connects our traditional IT lifecycle strengths with Automation and AI to create a more intelligent, insight-driven, and outcome-oriented model. You’ll guide early-stage opportunities, support sales pursuits, and help shape the processes and patterns that allow this motion to scale across our customer base.

Your work will sit across three major areas:

  1. Opportunity Shaping & Client Engagement
  • Partner with account teams to uncover client needs, connect lifecycle insights to automation and AI opportunities, and structure early-stage transformation paths.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams—translating business challenges into actionable roadmaps and recommended capabilities tied to the Intelligent Lifecycle motion.
  • Lead qualification, discovery, scoping activities and proposal creation to ensure opportunities match our target customer profile and strategic objectives.
  • Develop value narratives, measurable success criteria, and business case inputs that clarify the “why now.”
  1. Sales-Aligned Motions & Pursuit Support
  • Help establish and refine repeatable pursuit motions that improve how we position capabilities, run discovery, and bring solution clarity to clients.
  • Act as a player-coach—providing deal guidance, sharing best practices, and reinforcing opportunity governance across Solution Architects and account teams.
  • Drive orchestration across sales, architecture, and delivery teams to accelerate deal movement and ensure cohesive, high-quality client engagements.
  • Triage opportunities across cross-functional teams and align the right resources at the right stage.
  1. Integration & Scale of the Intelligent Lifecycle Motion
  • Contribute to defining the patterns, frameworks, and operating motions that support the scale and adoption of our Intelligent Lifecycle strategy.
  • Connect delivery learnings, data insights, and client patterns back into pursuit and solution development to create a consistent lifecycle-to-automation continuum.
  • Champion cross-portfolio integration—bringing together data, automation, AI, and lifecycle capabilities into coherent, expandable offerings.
  • Support the development of documentation, enablement materials, and reusable assets that help institutionalize the Intelligent Lifecycle approach across teams.
