About the Team

The Solutions Consulting team is an integral part of Outreach’s Go-To-Market function. We focus on driving measurable business impact for prospects and customers by being both domain experts and trusted advisors. We partner deeply across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to architect solutions that help revenue teams unlock the full potential of Outreach.

As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing the sophistication and effectiveness of our enterprise sales motions. You’ll operate as both a top-performing individual contributor and a multiplier for others, shaping how Outreach wins in the most complex customer environments.

The Role

Working in a fast-growth environment means no two days are the same. As a senior member of the SC organization, you will lead complex enterprise pursuits, elevate team capability, and drive cross-functional excellence.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

    • Acting as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders (CROs, COOs, CTOs, VPs of RevOps, etc.), influencing vision and technical direction for enterprise customers.

    • Owning the technical strategy for high-value, multi-threaded deals, driving discovery, solution design, and value articulation aligned to customer initiatives.

    • Leading engaging, outcome-based demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements that connect Outreach’s capabilities to business outcomes.

    • Partnering with AEs to craft win strategies using MEDDPICC, Demo2Win, and value-selling frameworks.

    • Translating complex business processes into scalable, ROI-driven solutions and clearly articulating “the art of the possible” through Outreach’s platform and AI agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent).

    • Building credibility as a subject matter expert in revenue execution, pipeline management, and AI innovation.

    • Acting as a mentor and deal coach to Solutions Consultants, providing feedback and guidance on demo execution, discovery, and strategic selling.

    • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Enablement to influence roadmap priorities and build differentiated enterprise narratives.

    • Creating and maintaining scalable demo and POV assets, vertical playbooks, and industry-specific solution stories.

    • Representing Outreach as a thought leader through webinars, customer roundtables, and industry events.

Our Vision of You

    • Experience: 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, with 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM, sales execution, or revenue orchestration technologies.

    • Enterprise Mastery: Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, designing integrations such as: Salesforce, Seismic, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, etc., and influencing C-suite alignment.

    • Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose complex customer environments and translate them into clear, measurable solutions.

    • Exceptional Communication: Comfortable facilitating executive conversations, leading whiteboard sessions, and delivering compelling demos tailored to diverse personas.

    • Technical & AI Acumen: Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes; familiarity with Outreach AI Agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent) preferred.

    • Leadership Without Title: You mentor others, provide constructive deal coaching, and serve as an informal leader who elevates team standards.

    • Enablement Contribution: Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories that others adopt and scale across the org.

    • Continuous Learning: Actively seek new methods, tools, and frameworks that drive better outcomes for customers and peers.

    • Training & Certifications: Demonstrated proficiency in Demo2Win, MEDDPICC, value-based selling, ROI analysis, and agentic AI frameworks. Salesforce certifications are a plus.

How Success is Measured

    • Consistently achieves or exceeds influenced ARR targets for Enterprise segment.

    • Drives measurable improvements in POV win rate, demo quality, and sales cycle velocity.

    • Demonstrates impact through internal mentorship, enablement contributions, and executive-level customer advocacy.

    • Recognized internally as a go-to expert for strategic pursuits and enterprise solution storytelling.
