What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strategic, commercially-minded Partner Marketing leader to serve as Appfire's primary marketing partner to our Alliance leaders. In this role, you'll translate executive partnership objectives into integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies that strengthen strategic relationships and drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate thinks beyond marketing tactics, approaching partnerships through the lens of business strategy, commercial impact, and long-term ecosystem growth.

What You'll BringStrategic Alliance Expertise
  • Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC, and/or hyperscalers including AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience supporting or leading the marketing workstream for Strategic Collaboration Agreements (SCAs) or similar executive-level alliance programs.
  • Strong understanding of joint business planning, commercialization, executive governance, marketplace strategy, and partner ecosystem growth.
  • Ability to develop long-term partnership strategies that create mutual business value.
Executive Stakeholder Management
  • Experience partnering with VP- and executive-level stakeholders across internal and external organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with alliance leaders, sales, product, marketing, and executive sponsors.
  • Comfortable representing Marketing in executive business reviews, steering committees, and strategic planning sessions.
Commercial & Business Acumen
  • Strong understanding of how strategic partnerships contribute to pipeline growth, revenue, customer acquisition, marketplace expansion, and overall business performance.
  • Ability to connect marketing investments to measurable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Makes strategic decisions based on commercial priorities and business objectives.
Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Experience developing and executing integrated joint GTM strategies with strategic partners.
  • Ability to lead marketing planning from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Creates scalable GTM frameworks that can be applied across multiple strategic partnerships.
  • Takes a holistic view of both the customer and partner journey.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Alliances, Regional Marketing, Product Management, and external partners.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and program management skills.
  • Drives alignment, accountability, and execution across highly matrixed organizations.
