The US base salary range for this full-time position is 124,400.00 USD - 155,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure, establishing resilient patterns that improve performance, availability, and efficiency
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and automation pipelines to eliminate manual processes and reduce operational toil
- Evolve CI/CD workflows and apply SRE principles across monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Proactively identify risks in distributed systems and drive solutions end-to-end, including serving as an escalation point
- Design and implement AI-assisted tooling and intelligent automation to enhance incident management, root cause analysis, and system performance
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience across Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, and/or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong AWS expertise and experience designing cloud-native, distributed systems
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python or similar)
- Hands-on experience building automation and CI/CD pipelines, with strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team
