We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter, AI/ML who will drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact AI/ML roles, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML research, Foundation Models, VLA (vision-language-action models), Perception, Simulation, and ML Infra roles.
- Source top AI talent from major conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, CoRL, RSS, and ICRA.
- Identify candidates through papers, citations, arXiv, Google Scholar, and leading academic labs and research groups.
- Build strong pipelines of AI/ML talent from top universities, research institutions, and advanced industry AI teams.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define technical signals, interview structure, and evaluation benchmarks.
- Manage fast-moving AI/ML pipelines with clear communication and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Strengthen RoboForce’s talent brand across AI/ML and robotics communities
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting with deep focus on AI/ML or robotics AI.
- Proven ability to engage and hire AI/ML candidates from top conferences, research publications, and academic labs.
- Strong experience sourcing through papers, arXiv, citations, and research channels, not only traditional platforms.
- Ability to assess research-quality resumes, publication records, and technical depth.
- Skilled in building pipelines for high-scarcity AI talent and partnering with engineering leads on highly technical hiring processes.
- Highly organized, strong communicator, and effective in a fast-paced deep-tech environment.
- Proficient with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and research-oriented workflows.
- Prefers 5 days/week in-office collaboration with the teams, with remote flexibility available.
Bonus Qualifications
- Networks across AI/ML labs, conferences, and open-source communities.
- Familiarity with robot learning, 3D perception, multimodal models, simulation, or autonomy.
- Experience hiring within high-growth deep-tech or robotics startups.
