The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Lead Value Consultant to join our founding Value Management team. This role will be responsible for scaling and executing the strategy, structure, and operational effectiveness of the Value Management program, which is dedicated to bringing business value to life throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is vital in enhancing how Superhuman articulates and delivers measurable outcomes for our customers, ensuring that our value initiatives are meticulously aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Superhuman's go-to-market teams are shaping the future of workplace communication. As a member of our team, you will be crucial in expanding the use of our innovative, trustworthy AI writing tools. We strive to ensure that every organization can communicate effectively and efficiently. If you are passionate about transforming the way professionals connect and collaborate, we would love to hear from you.

As Lead Value Consultant, you will establish a centralized center of excellence that collaborates intimately with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and our Partner ecosystem. This represents a significant opportunity to shape a comprehensive customer value strategy at scale, thereby driving impactful outcomes for both Superhuman and our customers.

Lead and Scale Global Value Strategy:

  • Evolve and drive the Value Management Office's vision, charter, and roadmap in alignment with Superhuman's overarching business transformation.
  • Own the vision, structure, and execution of the Value Management Office, ensuring coherence across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner functions.
  • Translate Superhuman's business and product strategy into frameworks that empower customer decision-making and facilitate long-term outcomes.
  • Position the Value Management Office as a strategic enabler of Superhuman's enterprise growth and business transformation.
  • Establish scalable, repeatable value models, embedding them into Superhuman's systems, sales motions, and partner platforms.
  • Drive the development of ROI calculators, industry benchmarks, value playbooks, and proposal templates, all aligned with key customer pain points and outcomes.
  • Create and manage a centralized repository of value-centric collateral that is readily consumable, measurable, and extensible across products, regions, and segments.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and data science to enhance value discovery, benchmarking, and customer insights.

Connect Pre-Sales Value to Post-Sales Realization:

  • Define and implement an end-to-end value lifecycle—from initial discovery and ROI justification through implementation success, outcome tracking, and renewal/expansion.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop realization dashboards, insights, and impact reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to close the gap between forecasted and realized value, transforming insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Field Enablement and Ecosystem Adoption:

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to drive adoption of value assets and processes across the global field and partner network.
  • Build and deliver enablement programs that elevate teams to lead with value, anchored in executive impact and business outcomes.
  • Expand value capabilities through partner enablement, facilitating consistent, high-impact value conversations.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in value consulting, value management, enterprise strategy, or management consulting, with a focus on B2B SaaS or digital transformation.
  • 6+ years of experience in leading and scaling cross-functional strategic programs.
  • Demonstrated success in building and deploying value frameworks and methodologies across the enterprise customer lifecycle.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, ROI development, and executive business case creation.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven tools that enhance customer engagement and strategic storytelling.
  • Excellent executive communication, collaboration, and influence in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience driving go-to-market transformation, including post-sale value tracking and outcome validation.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:
