Role Description

GFiber is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Wireless Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, and commercialization of our next-generation wireless portfolio. In this role, you will hold end-to-end product ownership of three segments: MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) cellular services, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), and Managed Wi-Fi solutions.

Your objective is to build a unified product strategy to manage our wireless solutions.  You will blend technical acumen with strong go-to-market strategy to capture market share in a highly dynamic wireless landscape.

In this role, you'll:

  • Define the vision, product lifecycle, and multi-year roadmap for our combined wireless portfolio (MVNO Mobile, FWA, and Managed Wi-Fi), ensuring a cohesive wireless strategy
  • Own the strategic engagement and product integrations with our underlying MNNO partner to develop mobile plans, eSIM capabilities, and related operational capabilities
  • Drive the expansion of our FWA solutions, including deployment strategy for our Webpass portfolio
  • Oversee the lifecycle of our Managed Wi-Fi solutions and expand to new business segments
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and vendors to ensure flawless product delivery, seamless zero-touch provisioning, and robust support models

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a similar field, or relevant practical experience.
  • 10 years of Product Management experience within the Telecommunications, Managed Service Provider, or Wireless/Cellular industries.
  • Proven experience with MVNO operational frameworks (OSS/BSS integrations, SIM/eSIM management, data billing architectures).
  • Understanding of 5G network capabilities, including millimeter wave (mmWave) and CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) config.

It's preferred if you have:

  • MBA or similar advanced degree.
  • Familiarity with Managed Wi-Fi solutions, including WLAN deployment architectures and IEEE standards.
  • Understanding of cellular traffic prioritization frameworks, including Quality of Service (QoS) configurations, network slicing capabilities, and data-throttling policies.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $164,000 - $241,000 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
